What is a Custom Surfboard?
A custom Surfboard is your new baby your new life partner. Something to cherish and love forever. A custom surfboard is something that you and your shaper have designed together to fit every need you have for an individual surfboard.
You can choose shape, rocker, rail size, foil, concave, fin setup, logos, fabric inlays. literally everything. A custom Surfboard is your chance to get exactly what you’ve always wanted in a surfboard. A custom surfboard is your chance to spec out a board perfect for your body weight size and preferred/available surfing conditions.
A custom surfboard is a good step to getting a second Custom Surfboard. A shaper surfer relationship is very special. Once you have made a board we can watch you surf and work on making the next one even better and suited to you or to a new set of conditions.
How Much Does a Custom Surfboard Cost?
Our Pricing starts at 100$ per foot of board so for example a 6 foot board starts at 600$ and a 9 foot board starts at 900$
This Price would be for a “simple board”
- Single color
- round, pin, squash tail
- basic bottom contours
- Single, Twin , or thruster set up
- matte sanding
- highly functional standard surfboard
the above pricing is a rough way to sum up the increased material and labor costs of making larger boards.
All the features above are also customizable, but they come at a cost seeing as they add to the labor required to build the board.
What features can I add to my custom Surfboard
Your Surfboard is just that, it is ‘ your surfboard’ you can fully customize every detail about it.
you can add additional fin boxes, wings, channels, stepped decks, multi-color cut-laps, fabric inlays, resin tints, pin-lines, custom logos. gloss coats, multiple stringers, additional layers of fiberglass or carbon….
Whatever your heart desires is possible. You name it; we can make it for you.
Each individual customizable feature is approximately 50$ if you want several of these features, we can come up with a deal for you.

Where is LST Surf Located?
LST Surf shop is located Near the An Thuong tourist area in Danang, Vietnam.
We are just 100 meters from My Khe beach and Holiday beach where most surfing in Danang is done. It is also the perfect place to have your lesson!
With beginner waves, relaxed ocean currents, and lifeguards on duty, My Khe beach is safe for our surf students.
Though we recommend surf lessons on My Khe beach, we are able travel further away to Hoi An or anywhere in between for your convenience!

We can make you any shape or style of board you like

anything and everything we have made it all and would love to make it again and again.
What are the Surfboards Made Out of?
Our Surfboards are Made out of High-density EPS foam wrapped in a fiberglass and Epoxy shell
Carbon and other fabrics are also available upon request.
PU/PE construction is not available due to the logistics of importing PU blanks and the current demand for boards.
One day hopefully We will offer PU

We make hand -made custom EPS EPOXY surfboards of all shapes, fin configurations, sizes, and colors. You want it, we will make it. Our boards are made of high-quality strong materials inside and out. Building off a good foundation ensures a quality surfboard that is strong light and durable.
Prices are based on length and additional design elements. Price starting at $100 per ft. For ex. a 9ft board starts at 900$. Contact for further info or to discuss options.
base model includes single color with no pin lines, and a standard single, twin or thruster set up. with a round or squash tail with a moderate to light fiberglass shell optimized for strength, weight, and performance. (adding fiber will make your surfboard more durable (good for travel or if you are rough on boards) but will make your surfboard heavier, stiffer and less responsive.
